“Third party cookies not enabled
Please update your browser settings to enable third party cookies. The Algorithm Terminal Environment requires them to work correctly. Read more in our documentation page.”
I tried turning on cookies, but still failing. The documentation page does not have any info. Please help
Thank you

Hi RM,
It's difficult to diagnose browser issues out of the blue. But
Just thoughts…

Hi All
Please make sure you updated the iPadOS to the newest version. And also make sure to turn OFF the below settings in safari (or setting → your browser):

Hi all,
I'm another data confirming the above with the third party cookies messsage.
I can't login via any browser on iPad, and I've tried: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, and Edge. I've tried disabling and even deleting all ad blocking apps and permitting third party cookies, still no luck.
On the Desktop, I can only login with Chrome. I bet I can make it work with my main Safari browser on my MacBook Pro, but not worth the effort…so just using Chrome.

Hi Kevin,
We've also seen some internet providers do not have a good DNS system; you can verify this by changing your DNS provider to google; 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Hi all,
I was finally able to get the QC cloud terminal working on Safari on iPad Pro 2020 with iOS 15.6.
Not sure if you need to do everything here, but I tried the full clean slate.
Changed to Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), remove Ad Blocker for Ipad, removed Nord VPN, and disabled “Block All Cookies” but also “Clear History and Website Data” before heading to QuantConnect.
I did this all before but no luck until now, so I'm guessing the difference was the Clear History and Website Data.
Since then, I've added back the Ad Blocker and NordVPN and toggled back a few smaller settings and still works on Safari. Still no luck on Chrome for iPad, but not a big deal.

What is the preferred approach here? I cannot get QC development to work on Mac or iPad. Why does the IDE need 3rd party cookies anyway? Third party cookies undergird many web attacks.

Hi @Marty, under the hood, I think its how VSCode maintains dedicated subdomains for each user. A fuller answer would need to come from the VSCode team.

I think a lot of people are having access issues. Anyway we can get this looked into again? I cant access my code or a live algo on my phone. So if my live shuts down I cant restart it. I've tried all these recommendations and still doesn't work. I also just got the Apple Vision pro, and I cant get into my algo with it either. Tried everything above, no luck.

Totally unable to do anything as well. Having javascript check before navigation is causing a ton of problems. Inspecting the console and web traffic is giving me nothing. Roll back this check, there's no reason for it
