The addition of sub-accounts to FTX (and Binance) is on the Engineering Team roadmap.
They have not been actively working on this feature, so we cannot give you an ETA at the moment.

No update sorry Eduardo Barros Verez. We will need to see the outcome of the SEC lawsuit before investing further with Binance. Once settled or acquitted, and if still operating in the US, we can continue hosting their exchange.
