Hi,
I was wondering if QuantConnect or if there is out there a set of codes that allow you to do something like: If the 3min candle closed bearish open a pending position X points away from the current price.

Please check out the docs, under Consolidating Data, to learn how to create 3-min candles. You can use Data Consolidation Events to verify whether the candle is bearish and open a position x points away from the candle closing price:
