Hello,
can I trade Oanda's commodity/index CFDs through QC? Where can I find the symbols in that case? The data browser doesn't appear helpful.

In QuantConnect we don't support CFDs yet (ETA weeks not months). The LEAN project has supported CFD's for a long time so now its just a matter of @Deval processing all the data!
