I run Lean w/ Docker on my M1 Macbook Air. I'm using Docker for Apple Silicon but I set Terminal to use Rosetta because when I initially tried things out, some of the Python libraries I regularly used didn't support Apple Silicon yet. But the setup I have has been working fine.
