Hi Yi,
The CLI itself only provides ways to download data from QuantConnect Datasets, which doesn't contain Binance data at the moment.
We do have a Binance data downloader in LEAN's ToolBox project which may help you out. You can run that in a local clone of LEAN and move the downloaded data to the CLI's data directory to use the data with the CLI.
