Here is the detailed error information when i tried to deploy a IB account:

Failed to initialize algorithm: Brokerage Error Code: 503 - Server version 14 is lower than required version 38.
Does anybody know what is the problem?

That means your TWS version is out of date because the current the minimum required version of TWS is 38. Try to install the latest TWS from IB's website.
