I was looking for something in the documentation that would allow me to feed in GDP and inflation projections but I couldn't seem to find anything. I was looking mainly in the FRED section.
Are there any QuantConnect data feeds that would support this or do I need to import my own data?

We recommend trying the US Federal Reserve. The data covers 560 datasets, starting in January 1999, and is delivered on a daily frequency if there is data on that day. For more information, please refer to our dataset page and documentation about using custom data.
