I've deployed an algorithm to a live trading node doing paper trading through QuantConnect, not through a brokerage. When I re-deploy my algorithm, my existing balance is retained but all of my holdings are lost. Is this expected behavior for paper trading? I just want to make sure I won't see this type of behavior if I go live for real.

Currently, QC Paper Trading doesn't save holdings between redeployments. To resolve this, we have created a GitHub issue for this:

Subscribe to the above for updates. Note that the current portfolio state (cashbook, positions, orders) is fetched from the brokerage in live trading without a problem.
