If the unrealized is the floating loss or profit from orders, how do I cash money from unrealized to my balance?
If my orders are closed and and my balance has profits or losses from the orders will the money be removed from unrealized value?

You don’t need to. Your balance is accommodated with unrealized profit/loss inclusively already. If you want your metrics at end of backtest (eg win rate, loss rate) include those open positions, just schedule a liquidation at end date of your backtest.
