I used toolbox to download yahoo finance data and inserted it into my algorithm. When I use SetHoldings, it does not enter into a position.

Hi Jovad,
The algorithm doesn't place any trades because the value of the security is $900K when the first trade is being placed. With only $100K cash available, SetHold∈gs resorts to purchasing 0 shares. To resolve the issue, we just need to increase the starting cash balance.
