Hello, this algorithm trades ETHUSD based on the theory that a positive regression channel slope and a regression channels predicted value being higher than the current price is a buy signal. I used a 14 day regression channel and 1 day buy Insights. This algorithm was created to demonstrate the ease of developing innovative algorithms on the QuantConnect platform. The algorithm gave better results than expected, but is not conclusive enough and requires more testing, improvements, and optimization before anything about this correlation is confirmed. Hi Dan,
Thanks for sharing this algorithm with the community! In it's current state, the algorithm emits more insights than are necessary. If we add a `return` under the line that emits the flat insight, the algorithm emits fewer insights yet the trades remain the same.
