During pre-market time, I use `PortfolioTarget` make pre-market order.
In backtest, create `MarketOnOpenOrder` type order and Filled at 9:30.
Is there any way filled immediately?

according this related issue, overwrite `FillModel.IsExchangeOpen` can fix? If so, could you please provider a sample code, thanks
And place pre-market order only in backtest mode not live mode? I have not try in live mode yet
